    Nope. Cartridges use Read Only Memory, so you can't overwrite it.

    Get a Cyclo DS Evolution (Because it's a beast) and an EZ Flash 3-in-1 (GBA Size, Not Lite). That is the combination that I have for my DS Phat, and it works great.

    I really hope it works out for you. It sucks to get Ripped-Off/Terrible Service. I know, I was just looking at it and saying to myself, "That is the stupidest thing I've ever seen." Five minutes of my life is not worth the $5 extra.
