    Hardware 2DS ic chio charger

    Where is the IC on the 2ds motherboard 1670564840 I also reversed my polarity. Both of my fuses are good so I am guessing it is the IC. Where is it on the 2ds board and is there a way I can test it to see if it needs to be replaced?
