    just mod it. cfw is so much better than flash carts and its not to to hard to do just use this https://3ds.hacks.guide/. Also I would say flash carts are more likely to get you banned in online games. and modding is region free , and if it gets bricked its not hard to get your files back...

    I did 99999999 money then made my island apartments the biggest one. and no it didn't say corrupted i loaded it up and it just went to the beginning of the game :/

    when I use it, it deletes my save file when I put the file back in my 3ds. ( I have the physical cartridge)
