    If what you said above is true, don't even bother looking for a flashcard to play 3DS games they only work on 4.1-4.5 firmware.

    Hacking Downgrade for System Menu 4.0

    The same with me i get 1035 i am able to do all of the steps up to 9. i have cIOS 249 i think so idk.
