    So I reformatted my newest hard drive to FAT32, converting all my WBFS games to ISO, which took me 5 hours. I ended up with the same exact result. At least now instead of having an SD card and a hard drive in two partitions, I have everything on one partition not working.

    I have tried that. Also, one of the three hard drives I tried was brand new. All of them were formatted as WBFS if that matters. Also, as I mentioned, only certain games seem to be affected. BIT TRIP COMPLETE and The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess seem to play just fine.
