    under the cheats tab make to to check box enable cheats other wise they will be greyed out hope this helps

    i would double check build id and title id while in gameplay to make sure they match the path you used if they do match then let me know maybe there is an issue with the cheat file i have experienced in times passed that sometimes little typos in the cheat file can cause the cheats to not show up
