    Stealth Mode makes console unable to connect nintendo servers. You can safely use WiFi connection for FTP, Modded Youtube, Tinfoil etc. Incognito works different as it deletes console serial number so theoretically nintendo shouldnt be able to ban you but you still cannot connect to theirs...
