    Hacking Healthii Multi-Region/ Multi-Language, health screen creation

    I had the same problem making a Dutch PAL health screen; U8tool stopped at final steps... I got mine working when i only replaced the healthii.exe with the one lgvenegasg made, don't replace packu8.exe. WORKS GREAT!
