    VSH menu and recovery not working

    If your UMD is trying to read constantly, it is possible that the UMD level switch is getting stuck. Is the laser on whenever you open the UMD door? It shouldn't be on unless the little black lever is being pressed down by the disk (or your finger/q-tip). Someone on reddit has a picture of it...

    You could potentially find a old Sony battery on ebay, which has a writeable eeprom. I don't know of any after market batteries that have writeable eeproms (they cost more to make, so most manufacturers don't do this). The pandora batteries I've seen for sale go pretty quickly, on ebay or rdkl...

Earlier versions of the firmware limit the microSD card to around 8gb I believe, so you need a card bigger then 32mb to fit 6.61, but smaller the the 32gb card you were trying to use.     PSP bricked (?) after trying to setup ARK-4

    Reset to factory settings START + SELECT + SQUARE + TRIANGLE If that doesn't work, I'm not allowed to post links, but if you google rdklinc and pandora, they are available.
