    It's the combination of both, yes stealth mode prevents you from interacting with Nintendo's servers, but the emunand is the one that separates the homebrew activity from the sysnand.

    Actually emunand purpose is to help prevent a ban too. Since it separates the naughty stuff from your sysnand. Aslong as you use the emunand offline or with stealth mode enabled, you should be ok.

    That is true, I know exactly how you feel. Either way the polls you have going on is a good idea. Hopefully soon we could find some more concrete answers on what nintendo is looking for when they try to ban switches.
