    So I had added a custom background to my system but later removed it would this modification be heavy enough to result in a ban. Edit: I forgot to ask is this mentioned discord server public, if so I would like the link to discuss these bans.

    So I downloaded homebrew for my 3ds but had it patched by the newest update will I be at risk just for having old broken homebrew on there? I don't have my 3ds handy so I can't check it yet.
