    Huh, so it does. I was always testing it with WLAN on. If I do it with WLAN off, then it crashes.

Sometimes if I quit the game via the PS button after saving there's like an extra byte in the save and it doesn't show up in the save...

    Oh, so the game does not properly close the save file right after writing. That's nice to know. EDIT: Actually, I still have no clue what is happening on your end. The game does properly close the file and I can't replicate this even if I quit while it's writing the save.
