    I don't actually remember if I was attempting to use the No Weapon Arts Cooldown and No Skill Cooldown ones simultaneously or not.... I'm on my umpteenth NG+ playthrough at this point, so everyone is maxed out for all intents and purposes, and EXP isn't an issue, hahaha.
