    I found a solution that you can disable vsync and limit fps to 40 in NVIDIA control panel. It will feel much smoother than 30 fps and running without frustrating 2x speed UI problem. You can also get more clear graphcis since 40 fps will have lower chance to trigger dynamic resolution.
