along with a simple ssid name, try a new simpler wifi password too. make sure you delete the wireless profile from the switch entirely before recreating / reconnecting- emustateofplay

Here's a shot - the switch only supports wifi authentication up to WPA2 on your E40 make sure it's not set to use WPA3 on your E40 change the hotspot security from WPA2/WPA3-Personal to WPA2-Personal.- emustateofplay
