    For me o tried removing the spot where the code for the item spawn should be leaving only the one for pokemon spawn and it worked, for the alpha, try going to a zone where you know a alpha pokemon would appear, even if its not ftoakie any pokemon in any zone, thats how i got my shiny alpha...
