    Homebrew Can I use spotpass on my 3DS?

    Hi! I was wondering if I could just turn on my spotpass and streetpass on without getting banned. I just want to use spotpass for Animal Crossing. However, I am a bit anxious whether i'll be banned or not if I do so. Thanks in advance!
