    This is an install I did, on the OLED boards the D point via is under the heat shield frame cutting it is needed

    I had a similar issue and testing with a known good display the same thing happened, after diode testing the display connector I replaced the D0S04/S2D0S04 IC and that fixed the issue (as thats the backlight driver and the backlight looked normal I'm not 100% sure if it wasnt just coincidence...
