    Indeed why leave it up and by doing so letting those with CFW use Freeshop? Do they not want to target pirating directly or is there something else going on.

    As I suggested earlier, you should post your work on Project Pokemon for more exposure. After all, a lot of the current data structure for Pokemon games was first uncovered by the researchers at PP. http://projectpokemon.org There is a section in the forum specifically dedicated to RNG.
