    Homebrew [Release] FBI - Open source CIA installer

    Helo, i'm using the latest FBI, yesterday i tried to launch from HBL for the first time. And it stay at loading file list almost 20 minutes, so i force shutdown my 3ds. What is the normal time for first launch FBI? I'm following tutorial how to install cfw without cn, oot, and gw. Thank you
