    I'd like to add on to this thread, and thank some of the other members for helping out. You MUST make sure you are not accidentally naming the games "game.iso.iso". The double ".iso" was the issue for me. If you are unsure if this is the issue, just try it when naming the games on Windows.

    I have also done this, yes. I suppose if I wait a while with my 3DS off, it will bring up the request to update. I did look at previous threads saying to do the same thing, and accomplished that a few minutes ago. If this does not fix it, I may repair to this thread. Thank you.

    On my New 3DS Xl I am asked sometimes to update my 3DS. I am not sure if the update data is already installed on my 3DS, as I have set up my custom DNS. I would really like some help, because I don't want to accidentally click Yes at some point. This does not happen on my 2DS.
