So i have searched about this topic and found a thread about 1 year ago but i want to know if it still works. My question is : Can a modded OG/NEW 3DS play local/online with someone who didnt mod his 3DS?. Im asking this because i already have a 3DS and i want to buy a second one for cheaper...
