    There's a new frontend called akmenu-next, which uses nds-bootstrap while maintaining a Wood aesthetic, and doesn't suffer from this save bug.

    My list is mostly 64DD titles tbh: Cabbage, Wall Street 64, Emperor of the Jungle; but the main one I really wish I can play before I kick the bucket is MOTHER 64. It doesn't matter if it's only half of the first chapter, I really hope we can at least see more of MOTHER 64 in some future.

    Tbh, I didn't expect this. I'm guessing I will try again or just stick to TWL++. I really liked Wood, but changing all my save files to 512KB would take me longer than just autobooting TWL++.

    Maybe my SD card is failing, that's true. I've had it for like 9 years across multiple flashcarts. Let me try to add the padding, since it worked the first time it tried to read a 8KB save without editing (it loaded and played normally), but then the cart stopped reading the SD properly...
