    Hardware Joycon trouble

    My joycons work wirelessly and connected to the switch until I select a game. I can’t move or use any buttons. If I pop them out and use it with wireless they work fine but soon as I click them back in,they stop. If I exit out back to the home screen they work fine. Any help appreciated.thx

    i made it to part 5 of the optional and once I rebooted the 3ds won't come back on. I pressed power and the blue light comes on for a second and goes off.
