    Don't do it if you can't solder AND unless you actually know you can downgrade/revert to something lower. You could get all the tools needed and soldered up just to find out your second slot is also 11.00. You could also break the pin(s) or fry some capacitors, a lot can go wrong if you don't...

    I believe you have to load another title first, hit home and then choose gta3 and it should load up.

    These are Windows files, possibly a windows phone. Did you use that SD card for anything else before putting it in your switch? You most likely can delete it, maybe you didn't format/wipe the SD card before using it with your switch.

    If you want, you can try Internet Archive: Wayback Machine for the site ndsill.net. It has a few backups. I have no idea what download you would need. But if your card has the web address, then it's a good place to check.
