    I found a solution to my problem. Out of the 3 folders, I deleted everything but the largest. From there, I deleted one of its two subfolders (the one that didn't have the majority of the games). It booted just fine after that.

    I ran into some weird issues when I was delinking them although I did get it to work in the end. I have 3 different folders at this point. One is the huge one with all of the games (32 GB), one is 82 MB and one is 138 MB. Do I merge the contents of the big one into one of the smaller folders?

    There really isn't a difference between the leaked version and the version that was posted after the game was released. People got banned only because they were playing before the release date. There is no risk of getting banned by playing the leaked Pokemon Moon now.
