    You're thinking of something akin to DS download play which AFAIK no Switch game supports. Either way, both consoles need to be connected to Switch LAN play which the target console cannot connect to if it doesn't have the original game.

    You cannot get into RCM without a jig or something to short the pins with. Its not enough to simlpy hold volume + and the power button to enter RCM.

    The only way to dump games are updates is with Nintendo Switch SD to NSP Dumper. Unfortunately, there is no way to dump save data.
