Hacking SWITCH NOOB PARADISE - Ask questions here

The only relevant things taken down were Yuzu and syspatch. You wouldn't need Yuzu since you have a hacked Switch and patches can always be downloaded from this thread. If you have a copy of syspatch, you can back that up but it may stop working in a future firmware update.

You can use GUIFormat to format it to FAT32. As for allocation size, default is sufficient. Also you don't need an emuMMC but it does have a few uses. It can serve as a brick shield for any homebrew you are afraid might brick your sysMMC. And it can help prevent your sysMMC from being banned by...

90DNS is only applied to whatever system it is running on. Its not automatically applied to both emuMMC and syMMC unless you've manually configured each seperately to have 90DNS.

You can use 90DNS to block Nintendo's servers on emuMMC.

Save files aren't stored on the SD card; they are stored within the internal memory of the Switch itself.

No. Okay well technically there is something but many people haven't gotten their first shipment yet. There is this new product called Mig Switch and while Mig Switch itself is a flashcart, that team also released a dumper. Now aside from the fact that some people haven't received their order...

Initial Mig Switch flashcart units now available and being tested by reviewers

Only if the original cartridge had the DLC pre-installed. You cannot get the DLC elsewhere then put it on the MigSwitch. It only supports dumping and playing retail cartridges. As for the limitation, its too early to tell whether it can be fixed or not but some people have tried experimenting...

You can update to firmware 17.X. It wasn't recommended when the firmware was new but its been around long enough that the important utilities have been updated to support the latest firmware. Also please don't multi-post or make a thread right after you post in another thread. Everyone here is...

I forgot about the deadline being 2 days ago but this post still did not age well at the slightest.

You need to be able to hack your Switch to edit save files and if your console is patched, an RCM jig will not help. The only way to hack a patched Switch is with a modchip.

All of those methods have led to people still being banned. There is Haku33 but not only has someone been banned for using it but it can cause a soft brick if you're firmware is 17.X. Plus, if you've ever gone online before using it, it will cause a mismatch with the data Nintendo has from the...

So I see you were in the process of setting up emuMMC but you're saying that your games aren't showing up. Are these games installed in sysMMC? If yes, were they installed in sysMMC prior to making an emuMMC?

Tutorial How to add exFAT support to the Switch Console on any OFW without update!

I mean when you update the Switch, you normally don't have to update incrementally correct? Same logic applies to Daybreak. Also fuses will not be burnt so long as you enable AutoRCM via Daybreak when updating.

Tutorial How to add exFAT support to the Switch Console on any OFW without update!

You can use USB install for installing backups bigger than 4 GB. As for restoring eMMC dumps, Hekate supports split dumps. But if you did want to use exFAT, you can use Daybreak to install the exFAT version of the firmware.

Just format the SD card to FAT32. There's no reason to use exFAT on the Switch.

Hacking Switch Informations by serial number - READ THE FIRST POST before asking questions

Back in April of 2023, a user reported a XAW1006592 as patched. This is why the first post on the forum lists XAW1066... as possibly patched. Now you are correct that on the spreadsheet, higher instances are reported as unpatched but that still doesn't discount that one user who had a low serial...

You would need a clean eMMC backup made before hacking to clean your console. Without that, there is no way to keep it clean.
