Is Silent Hill 2 worth $200?

Either mod you PS2 to play backups, play the modded PC version or emulate the PS2 version on PC. Also, I don't agree that the remake is bad.

Nintendo Switch 2 Direct - Launches June 5. $449.99 price

This is exactly what I came to say. Now it's just a bunch of suits making Nintendo's corpse dance like a puppet.

Any games that you recently beat?

I beat Silent Hill 2 remake on PC. It has performance issues and some areas weren't as good as the rest for me, but it was a great experience. I played the original back in 2002 with a friend, but I didn't remember much apart from a few key plot points. 1730010490 I never played it back in the...

Any games that you recently beat?

I beat Breath Of Fire IV last week. Gorgeous sprite work and great soundtrack. The story seems a bit rushed in some parts but I liked it overall. Then I remembered I had stopped playing Parasite Eve mid-playthrough and beat it too. Now I'm trying to figure what to play.

'Life is Strange: Double Exposure' gets extended gameplay trailer

I loved LIS and Before The Storm, but I didn't like Tell Me Why one bit, abandoned it after chapter 1. I haven't played LIS2 or True Colors yet, but since this one continues LIS1's story, I'll give it a try before LIS2 or True Colors most likely.

This is amazing! I just tried Majora's Mask and it runs great. I wonder if there'll ever be similar projects for other consoles from that time.

Windows users should try to be more open minded to try Linux

I've been using Linux as daily driver for a couple of years now (EndeavourOS for the most part), but I still dual boot Windows even if I barely use it nowadays. VR still performs better on WIndows for me and I have relatives who refuse to switch and sometimes I troubleshoot for them.

Has RetroArch made individual emulators kind of obsolete?

I use Retroarch on Steam because it's very convenient. I sync saves on Steam Cloud and this way I can play on my PC and my Steam Deck without any hassle.

GitLab has taken down the Suyu Nintendo Switch emulator

Nintendo has taken down fan-made games that were completely free, so it's not about them just making money. I think they've gone after Yuzu because it's the most popular Switch emulator and they were getting money directly from it. "Support us if you like our work" isn't the same as "support us...
