    Hacking Possibility of an OLED screen mod on an unpatched Switch

    Effectively, an OLED would use less power as each pixel on the screen can be lit up individually while a LCD screen has to use backlight panels and such. It's also how OLED can give off more vibrant colors and "absolute black" than a LCD.

    My reply to pedio702 was that overclocking the OG Switch does not equal to it becoming on the level of a potential/hypothetical "Switch Pro". I know that OC'ing helps with performance, but only slightly, especially in docked mode.
