    I got my HDD to work. I erased my total disk moved my files to my PC then reformated it and use the Active patition for the Wii seems there are some problems when I use a logic partition. I let Maximillions WBFS Gui TOOL format my drive to a Wii partition now everything works fine.

    I runned IOS downgrader 1.0. after that installed preloader and after that installed cIOS36 rev9. I'm not sure if it was needed to reinstall cIOS36 rev9. everything seemed to run fine but I did to be ensure, I didn't got any errors anyway. So to be sure, yes the advised method is save on PAL...

    WIth a forwarder you can install a channel once on the Wii. this channel will forward you to an USB loader version on your SD. By doing this you can easely keep your USB loader up to date without changing the channel. SO you only have to replce the USB loader on The SD card. Hope I explained it...
