    As I said before I read somewhere that if you are banned you can still access the eshop, even if you can only redownload games you already own, or download demos without the ability to buy anything new. Is this true? I need to know it cause I'll try to make the seller send me a video to confirm...

    mmmhh... ok, but I read somewhere that after being banned it is still possible to connect to the eshop, even if with limited capabilities. So the only way to know if it is already banned is to make the seller update a game or making him play online? oh well, it looks indeed to good to be true...
