    I put Luma 3DSX and the boot file on it and its still doing the same thing.

    I'm not sure what type of brick it is, but I'm pretty sure it's hard bricked because I tried Up+L+R+A and pressed the power button and it did nothing Also, when I try to boot it, the power indicator blinks and then turns off.
