    Homebrew Official Retroarch WiiU (wip.)

Is anyone having issues loading ROMs from USB Hard Drive? After loading Haxchi, I head over to load up a RetroArch core such as NES/SNES/GBA..select SD card and it reads up fine (it displays the contents of the drive). However when I select USB for the hard drive, it doesn't display anything. I...

Hacking Playing loadiine games from HDD thanks to Mocha CFW

Err...my bad. I meant 512 bytes per cluster for a 160 GB hard drive. I just read in various posts that was the "ideal" for vWii such as Wii WBFS games and GC ISOs as well. I plan having one single hard drive for all my GC/WII/WII U homebrew... EDIT: Just to add, I did notice some games did...

Hacking Playing loadiine games from HDD thanks to Mocha CFW

Just do it and it works great. I been wondering if increasing the cluster size on my FAT32 hard drive might increase performance when it comes to loading the games. Hacking Any advantages to vWii over regular Wii?

Also the Wii U upscales the native Wii 480p to 1080p very nicely. On my Sony 75 HDTV, I test out various Wii games on vWii both at 480p and 1080p. The 1080p do look much better in overall quality. It could also mean my Sony 480p upscaling sucks as well.

    Homebrew Official Retroarch WiiU (wip.)

I tried with both. Currently I use haxchi mostly because of the convenience. I am able to load up the app store, loadiine and I have only three cores (SNES, NES, Genesis) install. They all work great (video, audio, input) except this random shutdown is driving me crazy. Actually I didn't...

    Homebrew Official Retroarch WiiU (wip.)

I have a problem that I been unable to find the solution. I have various ROMS for both the NES and SNES. Both emulators run perfectly fine, load up the the save SRAM, run pretty much flawless except after a few minutes to about 30 minutes..the emulator suddently shut downs along with the wii u...
