    Now, they should sue them. Also, we should raise a fund to patent things, etc., and provide it for free, or at least until we recover the money and break even. Or we could collaborate with a gaming studio to make it... Dont forget to sing the EU petition for game preservation.

    Ofc he is TOTALLY NOT (not sure if he knows more, if he did even more research)..... China and Russia host basically all pirated stuff that has ever appeared online since BBS/Usenet and older TPCC etc. days. Example, most say China still hosts dozens of very old stuf from the 80s, 90s somewhere...

    So...... I get it. Nintendo cant do anything because the product is aimed for developers, testers etc. and they strictly stated that its not for piracy etc..... also, its kinda in a grey zone we know but every country has different rules, and sure there are several ones where it is 100% allowed...
