    Only bounty cache mats shows up as 3. The RP/VC/FS still show up as insane amounts. But it will disappear if u make a change in the accounts tab (paragon). I dont know if it was the same on the console version but pc version original had BC mats as 1x1 items. Same with blood shards iirc...

    Cant open your save with the editor..... not sure if the editor acting up but it seems like you can only make changes once... once u restore it with checkpoint the next backup wont work; the editor jusr closes.
