    "WE want the newest core".....who exactly is "WE"? Speak only for yourself, please. I would prefer an emulator that isn't buggy. If going back to a previous core helps that then I don't have any issue with it. Should speak only for yourself and not others.

    On the Genesis emulator choose the "Justifier" as the controller to use. Might also be the same option for SnesGX. "Menacer" was like the Genesis version of the Super Scope for SNES and was only used on specific games I believe.
