    Is there an option to send game's saves from the r4ids to the computer without removing and connecting the sd card ? I tried DSFTP, FileNinja, LilouBox and its not working on my 3ds.

    It seems you got bricked acekard2i. If you want to unbrick you have to launch updating bootloader on ds lite or ds classic and update it.

    Dindnt got this problem Try clean cartidge and maybe change bootloader and also try to flash without microsd on acekard https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/Updating_the_AK2i_Bootloader

    Do i need to build something? After unpack rar archive there is a file: boot9strap_ntr.firm in out directory. Is that file ok to install with ntrboot flasher or do i need to build something...?
