    It was there in the beginning of my error, I opened title 00040000 because it was big, I could have deleted it from godmode9.

    After the successful running of h2testw I copied everything back to my 3ds and booted it up, To my disappointment not only did it not fix my problem it also made my fabulous secret powers menu theme vanish! EDIT: I fixed the theme issue by entering and reinstalling the theme using anemone3ds...

    Hacking 3Ds games and home brew gone from home menu but still show up in data management.

    I have the same exact issue but Mario kart 7 is my issue instead of Zelda, I tried your method had no success. :(
