    Ok, I figured out my problem. I can boot the wii in maintenance mode and when I tried reinstalling the cios I rebooted it back into normal mode the menu works and after I play a game and reset and come back to the system menu it gives me the same system files error.     I have the wad manager but it won't let me open any iso wads i get that error . I also tried deleting the current one with anytitle deleter and that didnt work as well.
