ROM Hack White Screen when loading up Golden Sun

Supercard ROM DAT Update
okay, i have firmware 1.7, the 2.58 patcher and i still can't get the ROM to play, just get a white screen. I disabled restart and update the .dat file, still no joy any thoughts?- DarkPrinceKyuu

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
