    You need a Backup of each of those: Raw nand Boot 1 Boot 2 to be able to fully restore your console incase of a (soft-)brick.

    So they are using the exact same entry-point as everybody else. The only difference beeing that they developed a cfw with backuploading inhouse ? Give other people a few weeks when atmosphere is done and well have feature parity in some way or another...

    The bootrom-exploit might not get patched, but every step to get there might be patched (Userland-entry,Process-Breakout,etc.) The Bootrom is just the last piece in a long chain of exploits

    they want to control the release of exploits so they can delay piracy or major exploits as much as they want. If a third party team releases something else, it brings piracy, which hurts the system. (and they even charge for it)

    I just want some emulation. The last emulation system i really enjoyed was the PSP. The 3ds somehow felt horrible with the bad resolution and weird buttons... Too bad the switch buttons are not analog :/ .
