    Thanks so much, Cyan for all your help. Turns out the favorite mode was the issue. Haven't tried putting game cube games on it yet but if I do I'll definitely come here to find out how. I can't believe how many misleading guilds there are out there on how to set this up.

    Thanks, everyone for your help. I pretty much got everything working. Formatted my drive as FAT 32, and then used Wii Backup manager to put my isos onto the drive. Games now boot up and run as they should. Just one issue, not all the games I put on the hard drive are showing up in USB Loader...

    I have cIOS installed (edited my original post to reflect that). I can't format the drive as FAT32 as some of my games are over 4gbs in size.

    I checked my hard drive and it has no bad sectors, I can try formatting my drive to FAT32 but I'm not sure that'll work or is needed.
