    Don't use a berry cheat that you haven't already obtained. I believe that's how I corrupted my save file, and the fix removed all the berries I didn't have before.

    Check if you have a backup of your save file somewhere and use that. pkhex saves a copy in the bak folder which you can then use to load and crate a new save file. There are also tools you can try to repair your save file.
