    You dont need an apple device for the vpn, its just what I use.

    Only caveat is you need to use 'Urban VPN' to redeem. MS seems to have blocked the major VPN players. Its free for a week in the Apple app store.

    I buy games from Argentina and Turkey at Eneba and then use a VPN on my ipad and open safari and just got to redeem.microsoft.com and paste in the key. Game is instantly added to my account. Done this 40 times or more.

    Maybe cleaning the card of any file system would work better as a first step. 1. Open Powershell elevated 2. Type 'diskpart' 3. Type 'lis disk' 4. Type 'sel disk x' where 'x' is the drive # the SD card is (if you have only an SSD in you PC then the SD card will be disk 1) 5. Type 'clean' 6. Exit
