    I'm on the latest Bleeding Edge Build, and i think vsync is not working so well. I changed the refresh rate to 60hz (vsync on) and i still get ludicrous fps at some points...

    Is there any way to block the fps? Especially if it has any effect in sound. I want to block them at 60fps.

    I'm trying Alpha Saphire on the Bleeding Edge Build but when i try to load the rom it panics and doesnt load. https://gyazo.com/dedf017e71dcab48dbb50f7f5ab608a5 It's a decrypted rom.
