    Old 3ds problem (won't turn on, no light at all, won't charge)

    Hi, is posible that the charge chip CKP TI A0W, is fail. This chip is next to EM1, yours correct voltajes are: pin 1= 0.765v,pins 2 and pin3=0.6v, (this charge the battery),pin4=1.75v,pin5,pin10 and pin11=3.4V,pin9=1.75V,pin 13=4.9V (this is in voltaje),pin14=2.25v. The others pins are ground...
