    Sorry, but where i can see the FPS? Its like playing in 300% speed above normal. I try Mercenaries Saga 2, an tactics game like FF Tactics. And try another game, Jett Rocket. The speed seems normal.

    Probably Citra is still on really early version, which is still cannot used to play. i believe that is the answer. You should save to buy o3ds.
