    If it really is Windows 10 x64 as you stated, then I would check and see how much of the RAM the system has reserved for the iGPU. There should be a setting in the BIOS to select how much RAM to reserve for the graphics. This is usually shown in MB, so 4GB would be 4096MB.

    "Mario Kart 64" decompilation project reaches 100% completion

    Glad to see work is still being done with this one. MK64 is the kart game that got me into kart games. However, I emulated it on my laptop a couple of years ago, and it was significantly more difficult than I remember from back in the 90's.
