    Ah ok thx. How about for USB file transfers (not nsp installs) that are cancelled during transfer? Is the partially transferred file stored, or is it deleted when the transfer is cancelled?

    New to NSW hacking. Running Atmosphere 0.10.5 on emunand, fw 9.2, and GoldLeaf v0.8. I keep getting code 2168-0002 crashes when trying to do USB installs with this. Not sure what the issue is, but seems it's on GoldLeaf's end (though installs from SD are fine with it). Going to try Tinfoil...

    If one has their own ACT.dat file backed up from their activated Vita, then does a system format/restore, does copying over the ACT.dat post-restore result in restoration of activation?

    Unfortunately no. I've tried every method possible, including multiple PSP demos installed via IDU mode and overwriting the .rif files. Nothing works. You'll have to track down a PS3 to activate for Adrenaline unless someone comes up with a way of spoofing PSN and/or activation on the Vita again.

    Has anyone confirmed if overwriting the ACT.dat file on an unactivated Vita with the ACT.dat file from an activated Vita (both with same PSN credentials) results in activating the unactivated Vita? If so, someone with a spare a Vita & PS3 could make a little coin setting up & selling dummy PSN...

    Thanks. I was able to get the NA Echochrome demo to install. It's giving me the same C0-9252-8 error as before, in fact I don't even get so far as the PSP "Warning" splash screen (like with HM Hero), just the C0-9252-8 error upon loading Adrenaline. I'm guessing this is absolutely activation...

    Argh, I think I spoke too soon. When Adrenaline launches, I get error C0-9252-8 and it crashes to home. Resetting and rebuilding database haven't fixed it. Next to nothing on Google about this error too.. Any ideas?
